Following are our membership and other activities plan: |

A Nepal citizen aged 20 years shall be given its membership irrespective of caste, tribe, religion, sex and language if he/she is desirous of obtaining its membership. |

A person of organization donating the sum of Rs. 25000|- or above either in cash or kind shall be provided special membership. |
| |
A person donating the sum of Rs. 1000|- either in cash or kind shall be life member. |
| |
The life-member fee shall be Rs. 5001|- after the first general assembly of the academy. |
| |
Every year there shall be one general assembly |
| |
The general assembly shall elect a 13 member managing committee for the term of 5 years. |
| |
Every year the accounts of The academy shall be audited by an authorised auditor. |
| |
The general assembly shall prepare short-term and long-term programmes. |
| |
The managing committee shall nominate 5 advisers among whom there shall be a president. |
| |
The money received from various sources such as organizations, individiuals including from His Majesty's govrnment or local bodies either received in cash or kind shall be deposited in a registered bank and shall be operated by joint signatures of the president and the treasure. |
